Rykuhii - Child STEM & Creative Workshops
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rykuhii. By registering for workshops, accessing our website, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children during workshops and ensuring appropriate behavior. Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by workshop facilitators. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from workshops without refund. Users must respect workshop materials, equipment, and other participants.
Workshop availability is subject to minimum enrollment requirements and facilitator availability. Rykuhii reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify workshops with reasonable notice. We cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes or skill development rates for individual participants. Technical difficulties, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may affect workshop delivery. Make-up sessions may be offered at our discretion for cancelled workshops.
All workshop materials, curricula, teaching methods, and content created by Rykuhii are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our proprietary materials without written permission. Projects created by participants during workshops remain their intellectual property, though Rykuhii may use photos or descriptions for promotional purposes with appropriate consent. Third-party materials used in workshops are subject to their respective copyright holders' terms.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Registration information is used solely for workshop administration and communication. Photos or videos taken during workshops may be used for promotional purposes unless explicitly opted out. We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
Rykuhii provides workshops on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during workshops beyond our direct negligence. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific workshop in question. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items brought to workshops. Participants engage in activities at their own risk, understanding that STEM and creative activities may involve inherent risks.
Workshop fees must be paid in full before participation. Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time, minus processing fees. No refunds are provided for missed sessions due to participant absence. In cases of workshop cancellation by Rykuhii, full refunds or credits toward future workshops will be provided. Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules. These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws where Rykuhii operates. Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts for any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
Rykuhii reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or website notification. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user access to our services for violation of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or other reasonable cause. Upon termination, users must cease all use of our materials and return any borrowed equipment. Certain provisions of these terms, including intellectual property and liability limitations, survive termination of the user relationship.
Effective Date: These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all users of Rykuhii services.
